All physical merchandise sold through End of a Species is fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. That means we do not handle inventory, we do not process returns directly, and all returns, refunds, or exchanges on physical items are subject to Printful’s policies, not ours. Digital products are sold and delivered directly through this site and have their own policy below.


Physical Merch

Everything in the merch store is printed on demand through Printful. That means no warehouse, no inventory, and no returns processed through us. Each item is made when you order it, specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you have 30 days from delivery to report it. Printful handles replacements and refunds directly. Start there: Printful Return Policy

Have your order details and a photo of the item ready when you reach out to them.

What we can’t do: We can’t accept returns for wrong sizes, color regrets, or second thoughts. The item was made for you the moment you confirmed the order. Check your cart before you commit. This is the kind of decision that, unlike most, actually has consequences.


Digital Products

All digital purchases (including Extinction Files subscriptions, downloadable content, and any other digital goods) are final sale. No exceptions.

Once a digital product is delivered or access is granted, the transaction is complete. There is nothing to ship back, and nothing to restock. This isn’t a loophole. It’s just how digital commerce works, and we’re telling you upfront so there’s no ambiguity.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery, email us and we’ll look into it.
